Your Dispute Details

We do not save the dispute details you enter. Each check runs in memory on Cloudflare, and we discard the request after we answer it.

AI Processing by TypeSafe

To read a dispute email you paste and to check your rebuttal, we send the reason code, the disputed payment's date, and the text you enter or paste (the dispute email, rebuttal, refund and renewal terms, activity log, and explanations) to the System One API of TypeSafe (typesafe.ai). That text can contain your customer's email or IP address. TypeSafe processes it for us to return the scores and flags you see, so leave out personal data the check doesn't need.

Hosting

Cloudflare serves this site and keeps standard request logs, such as IP address and request time.

Payments and Licensing

Polar.sh (Polar Software Inc.) sells the paid plans as merchant of record and processes card payments. Card numbers never reach our servers. Your browser keeps your license key in localStorage.
